I have a customer website that is usig JCE editor. When they try to insert a link over text or image the popup window is blank. I read through some support issues on this topic and turned off the various search plugins as suggested. This did not work so I turned on joomla error messages and I now get a series of messages in the pop as follows:
Use of undefined constant YQ13ayi7q - assumed 'YQ13ayi7q' in /var/www/bellwood/htdocs/components/com_jce/editor/extensions/links/joomlalinks/CREDITS.php on line 2
Notice the quotes missing around YQ13ayi7q.

It seems that module parameters haven't been configured properly. Please make sure that you are using a valid twitter username, and
that you have inserted the correct keys. Detailed instructions are written in the module settings page.
