I am using Eclipse, Java 7 on Windows 64 bit.

I know how to develope a web project in Eclipse, enter my HTML 5 code, but what am I looking some Visual Studio kind of tools where I do not have to enter my html 5, instead just pick some widegets, drag/drop and prepare fancy web forms. Then I can do jsp, Java Servlet type of prgramming to connect to database and develop interactive applicaations.

I am prefrebly looking for open source tools. Any pointers will be apprecited.
